Refurbishing a high pressure air compressor is a very in-depth process, one not to be taken lightly when your (and potentially your customers) lives are dependent on its proper operation. That's why we take every machine we work on, whether for maintenance or resale, through a 5-step recertification process.

Complete and thorough examination of internal case components, such as bearings.

Replacement of hard parts including studs and lines assuring that all of the components are functioning properly.

Test for proper volume.

Test for accessory/failsafe function.

Lab Test (when necessary) that will test the air quality of your machine, giving you scientific reassurance that you're getting exactly what you need (and more importantly, nothing that you don't).
