Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required on all purchases, with lead times quoted at 2-4 weeks unless otherwise arranged.



• Compressed Air Partners does not offer refunds on any deposits. We schedule and begin your project on the day your deposit is made and expect to fulfill our agreement in the agreed upon time.

• Outstanding/past due balances will accrue 10% compounding interest weekly.

• After 90 days of outstanding/past due balance, all items listed will return to the ownership of Compressed Air Partners and become eligible for repossession and resale. In this case, any amount paid toward the purchase will be applied to repossession costs and is not eligible for a refund in any amount.

• All compressor sales are covered by a 1 year/500-hour parts and labor warranty, extending only to the compressor block itself. No warranty is stated or implied to cover any motor, electrical, or accessorial component. This warranty coverage does not include transportation costs and does not cover abuse, neglect, or damage while in transit.

• By default, no freight/transportation includes insurance.
